Dear Manufacturer
My name is Joel and I am in the process of developing a premium Halal meat bar made from ground beef and beef tallow. It is very similar to a pemmican bar. The process I have in mind involves drying the beef significantly, or using pre dried beef, mixing it with melted beef tallow, lightly seasoning it with salt, shaping it into bar form, and cooling it down. I am seeking a manufacturing partner to assist with production and would greatly appreciate your support and expertise.
Could you please let me know what your minimum order quantity would be for a product of this type? If you see a better approach, I’m happy to consider your recommendations and make adjustments as needed.

Hi Joel, Jerky bars are far less common than jerky itself. Pemmican seems like a good option, why are you against that? Where do you live? I did send you an email on November 1.
