I bought 3 Lorissa’s Koren Barbacue beef jerkey. 2 of the packages, were so hard, I only buy this product, because it it great tasting and tender. I hope that you can compensate me for the 2 package’s that I purchased, that were so hard to eat. I love your product so much. I hope that you I am able to buy it again.

Bought Simms snack sticks beef sausage and after one week unopened and went to open and they are molded!!! Seriously wth!! Trying to contact company but what a joke!!!!
Hi Janet, I don’t know what’s up with Simms made by a private label. By far and away, most mold complaints are about Simms meat products.
