All jerky makers in this salmon price update are from the United States and sell salmon jerky online in bags of 1.76 to 4 ounces. In the 2023 Salmon Jerky Price Update, 18 salmon jerky brands were tracked. Of those 18 salmon jerky brands, none of the jerky brands lowered its price in 2024. In this 2024 Salmon Jerky Price Update, I expanded that amount to 27 salmon jerky brands.
The price of salmon jerky increased by 50 cents. The average price range was expanded by $1.00 cents for a total increase of $1.50 per ounce of salmon jerky in 2024.
