It took over eleven and a half years to review 400 jerky brands. In fairness, some of these jerky brands are meat stick brands, but the majority of them are jerky brands. With 400 jerky brands reviewed, that officially makes us the largest jerky review website in the world. Steve Johnson from www.bestbeefjerky.org has 394 brands listed on his Jerky Brands page. Later in the year, we will hit 800 bags of jerky submitted for review from 168 jerky makers, with eternal thanks to those jerky makers for all the kind jerky submissions, including Jerky Shrine paraphernalia, which debuted in 2019.
Our Jerky Brands page is one of the most visited on this website, featuring in-depth reviews of various jerky brands. One of our early stated goals was to review a jerky brand from every state in the United States. We are getting closer to achieving that goal, having reviewed 46 states with Alabama, Delaware, Maine, and New Hampshire remaining. Our current jerky inventory includes approximately 20-25 jerky brands that have yet to be reviewed, meaning we are well on our way to reviewing 450 jerky brands.
