We are excited and proud as ever. It took nearly 4 ½ years to accomplish this latest milestone, we have 600 jerky reviews published to date and counting. When we first started this jerky review website in January 2014, our jerky collection was approximately 600 bags, and it has now grown to more than 1,200 unique bags.
After all this time, we occasionally have no other choice but to implement temporary jerky submission freezes. This allows us to get caught up with our current jerky inventory, and to keep up with the demand. This is without a doubt the best possible challenge that we can encounter with a jerky review website. We have been getting a lot of positive feedback over the years, and we take this very seriously. We currently have a list of approximately 20 jerky makers who have expressed interest in getting their jerky reviewed, and we will continue doing what we do best.
We have worked countless hours to grow, and we’ve continued to improve our jerky review website to what it is today. It has been an ever ongoing evolution; we keep experimenting, finding new and better ways to enhance the jerky review experience. We are constantly working with some amazing jerky makers, and this is easily one of the most rewarding aspects of writing all of these jerky reviews. There is a remarkable jerky community in an almost $3 billion dollar annual sales industry, where each jerky maker tends to also share our same qualities and values; they are friendly, hardworking, and perfectionists.
We always look forward to reviewing more fun and delicious flavors from new and existing jerky makers. We appreciate the trust and confidence each jerky maker is investing in us.
