When I first started this jerky review website in 2014, I had already accumulated about 550 jerky ingredients. Initially, I thought we would get to 700 ingredients, but no more than 800 ingredients. Well, over 1,200 jerky reviews later, we have now reviewed 1000 jerky ingredients. If I had known that we would reach 1,000 jerky ingredients reviewed, I am not 100% certain I would have started this jerky review website. The jerky ingredients themselves are almost a part time job. Ultimately, I think we will reach 1,100 jerky ingredients and likely more eventually.

The Jerky Shrine continues to mature after debuting in January 2019. A wall was dedicated to jerky paraphernalia, where corkboard has been attached to the entire wall. One Jerky Shrine Corkboard is full and officially retired. The other corkboard is almost at full capacity. The Jerky Shrine closet is starting to get crowded with various jerky paraphernalia. You never know what to expect with each jerky maker submission.
