With the price of rising beef along with everything else, we will now give annual one pound beef jerky price updates each April. In April 2022, the cost of beef jerky has risen $5 per pound across all price ranges since April 2020. We expanded the list of example jerky makers from a dozen to twenty jerky makers for a broader choice. Again the results were all over the map, ranging from $16 – $59 for one pound of beef jerky.
