When I first started this jerky review website in 2014, I had already accumulated about 550 jerky ingredients. I thought we would get to 700 ingredients, but no more than 800 ingredients. Well, over 1,000 jerky reviews later, we have now reviewed over 900 jerky ingredients. Our last review on Wild Javelina alone introduced nine new ingredients. I thought that those days were behind us but that is what you get when you have a chef inspired ingredient list. This leads be to believe that we will eventually reach 1,000 ingredients reviewed.
