3 Elizabeths debuted its Guinness Steak Cuts in June 2025, a premium snack crafted from high-quality eye of round beef infused with the rich flavor of Guinness. While resembling traditional beef jerky, they prefer the term “steak cuts” to emphasize the product’s quality and texture. 3 Elizabeths was founded by three women, all named Elizabeth, who are committed to providing healthy snack alternatives made with natural ingredients. Their products are designed for consumers seeking quality snacks without artificial additives.
This collaboration with Guinness, the iconic Dublin-based beer brand, combines the deep, roasted flavors of Guinness with tender beef slices, offering a unique snacking experience. This 3 Elizabeth’s Guinness Steak Cuts jerky brand is distributed under the name of Sidari Artisan Brands, and it is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Sidari Artisan Brands focuses on bringing local flavors to a national market by empowering artisanal entrepreneurs and ensuring that small businesses and local brands can reach broader audiences without compromising quality.
The first review on 3 Elizabeth’s Guinness Steak Cuts will focus on a 2.5 ounce/71 gram bag of their Guinness flavored steak cuts. This flavor is described as resembling an Irish pot roast with a traditional Guinness marinade, and it is made to bridge the gap between indulgence and functionality. These steak cuts were kindly submitted for review by Marketing Manager/Target Account Specialist Mary Santelli.

3 ELIZABETH’S GUINNESS STEAK CUTS – GUINNESS STEAK CUTS
Written by guest steak cuts reviewer Paul Rekker
When I open the bag I smell a fair bit. I believe I smell Guinness beer actually (as I consume a tall can of Guinness as well). I believe I also smell a juice, possibly pineapple juice, not entirely sure. The steak cuts are medium in size, and they are sliced rather thick. The steak cuts aren’t as rigid as I would have hoped, but it is well within reason.
When I bite into the steak cuts I taste intense salt, which I personally enjoy. The sweetness is mild, which is also a good thing. I may be tasting mild garlic and onion in the background. I said I smelled Guinness when I opened the bag, but I don’t believe I am tasting the Guinness, at least not in the steak cuts. But since I am consuming the tall can of Guinness as I consume the steak cuts, they complement each other quite well.
Even standing alone, without the hoppy beverage, the steak cuts are very tasty and delicious. But they are further enhanced when I combine both.
Full disclosure, I am not personally a big fan of Guinness. It is too hoppy/bitter for my taste buds, but it is massaging my palate quite nicely when paired with these delectable steak cuts.
Therefore, with a clear conscience, I feel dutifully compelled to rate these steak cuts as a definitive 10/10.
Here is what Mark had to say about this Guinness steak cut flavor from 3 Elizabeth’s Guinness Steak Cuts: “Thanks Paul for the positive taste review. I also had a Guinness beer for this taste review, which does accentuate the various flavors. While these steak strips are sliced small, with the thickness and tenderness, they do resemble the texture of steak and do take much effort to chew. I would not consider the saltiness intense, just at a regular, normal level. A high quality soy sauce can take on the smell and taste of pineapple juice.”
“Without the Guinness beer, I cannot honestly say that I would have guessed it to be a Guinness flavor, but with the beer, it’s a different story. The overall taste profile is complex and rich tasting. There is a certain flavor in the background that I very much enjoyed. Cheating by looking at the ingredient list, I think the combination of underutilized paprika and rarely used parsley rounds off this flavor, leaving you wanting more. I wholeheartedly agree with Paul that these steak cuts taste delicious, especially accompanied by a Guinness beer that I very much enjoy. A unanimous Excellent (10/10) taste rating will be awarded. A very enthusiastic two thumbs up!!👍👍”
This 2.5 ounce/71 gram bag of jerky sells for $8.99. That works out to $3.60 an ounce, which rates as an average price.
