3 Elizabeths debuted its Guinness Steak Cuts in June 2025, a premium snack crafted from high-quality eye of round beef infused with the rich flavor of Guinness. While resembling traditional beef jerky, they prefer the term “steak cuts” to emphasize the product’s quality and texture. 3 Elizabeths was founded by three women, all named Elizabeth, who are committed to providing healthy snack alternatives made with natural ingredients. Their products are designed for consumers seeking quality snacks without artificial additives and will be available on Amazon soon.
This collaboration with Guinness, the iconic Dublin based beer brand, combines the deep, roasted flavors of Guinness with tender beef slices, offering a unique snacking experience. This Guinness Steak Cuts jerky brand is distributed under the name Sidari Artisan Brands and is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Sidari Artisan Brands focuses on bringing local flavors to a national market by empowering artisanal entrepreneurs and ensuring that small businesses and local brands can reach broader audiences without compromising quality.
The next review on Guinness Steak Cuts will focus on a 2.5 ounce/71 gram bag of their Original flavored steak cuts. This flavor is described as blending the smooth, rich flavors of Guinness with roasted vegetables and premium spices for a delightfully savory snacking experience. These steak cuts were graciously submitted for review by Marketing Manager/Target Account Specialist Mary Santelli.

GUINNESS STEAK CUTS – ORIGINAL GUINNESS STEAK CUTS
Written by guest steak cuts reviewer Paul Rekker
When I open the bag I smell copious amounts of natural beef. I believe I am actually smelling steak. The texture is a bit too soft for my liking, but I am willing to overlook it if the jerky tastes good. The pieces are small to medium in size, and they are cut to a medium thickness.
When I bite into the jerky, I immediately taste salt at a high but tasty level, minimal sweetness, which is also a good thing, and both the pepper and garlic are very noticeable, but not too intense. I see and taste lots of fat, which is supremely delicious, because it tends to hold the marinade better.
Overall, aside from the texture, this jerky is “da bomb”, I taste actual steak. The only real knock against this flavor is that it is advertised as “Guinness”, but I unfortunately taste no Guinness, or any beer for that matter.
For that reason, I will deduct only one point. Otherwise, a no-brainer 9/10. Gentlemen?
Here is what Mark had to say about this Original steak cut flavor from Guinness Steak Cuts: “Thanks Paul for the positive taste review. I would be hard pressed to disagree with anything stated. There is an excellent blend of spices, making this jerky highly addictive. I am on the fence if I taste the Guinness beer, where it is hard to say, but no, I cannot honestly say that I do.”
“As Paul stated, the minimal sweetness is highly appreciated. The natural flavor of beef has no hint of tasting processed, and these steak cuts are comparable to a steak. The overall taste profile is complex and unique, with no single flavor standing out. While these steak strips were highly addictive, I somewhat concur with Paul with the lack of Guinness beer in the flavor. A unanimous Very Good (9/10) taste rating will be awarded.”
This 2.5 ounce/71 gram bag of jerky sells for $8.99. That works out to $3.60 an ounce, which rates as an average price.
