It took about nineteen years to accumulate 1,900 Jerky Shrine bags. Our recent 2026 New York trip helped us get over 1,900 bags, with 28 bags accumulated, 20 of them submitted for review. It took us over twelve years to review 400 jerky distributors. Normally, the jerky manufacturer is also the jerky distributor. With that said, it is not all that uncommon to see private labelers manufacture jerky in the jerky industry.
