Taste Review
SHALHOOB – TERIYAKI MEAT STICK
Written by guest jerky reviewer Paul Rekker
When I bite open the casing, and I take a bite into the meat stick, I immediately taste salt at a decent level, sweet, also very manageable, pepper at a good level, and garlic, which is very noticeable. I love both the texture and the flavor out of this meat stick. It hits all of the possible flavor profiles of this jerky and adds some additional flavor components to it. I am very confident giving this particular flavor of meat stick a 10.
This 1.35 ounce/28 gram bag of jerky sells for $2.99. That equates to rates as $2.30 an ounce, which rates as an expensive price.

Bag Review
This non-resealable plastic bag has everything imprinted on the front and nothing on the back. The Shalhoob logo has a bull’s head.
A slogan printed on this bag is “Santa Barbara Style”. Some facts printed are “Natural Wood Smoked” and “Made in USA”
The only missing bag category is a blurb about Shalhoob or this flavor.
