As a result, the ingredient rating starts at Excellent (10/10).

Taste Review

WYOMING AUTHENTIC – GINGER & GARLIC ANGUS GRASS FED BEEF STICK

Written by guest jerky reviewer Paul Rekker

When I bite open the meat stick I smell what I believe to be vinegar, which is typical of a meat stick. The meat stick looks just like pretty much any other meat stick.

When I bite into the meat stick I immediately pick up on the definitive “snap” of the collagen casing. Awesome. I taste salt, at a great level, minimal sweetness, again, awesome. I also taste discernible levels of pepper and garlic. I also taste the vinegar. I believe I am also tasting the ginger, however, it is rather slight. I taste the garlic significantly more than I taste the ginger.

Overall, a very enjoyable experience, well worthy of a 10/10. Gentlemen?

Here is what Mark had to say about this Ginger & Garlic flavored Angus grass fed beef stick flavor from Wyoming Authentic: “Thanks Paul for the glowing taste review. I agree with everything stated. The ‘snap’ is at a fantastic level, and the texture is not mushy at all. The pairing of ginger and garlic accentuates the flavor to produce a delectable treat that is extremely addictive. I have nothing but good things to say about this beef stick, and a unanimous Excellent (10/10) taste rating will be awarded. A very enthusiastic two thumbs up!!👍👍”

Three 1 ounce/28 gram bags of jerky cost $3.99, which rates as an expensive price.

Bag Review

This clear, plastic resealable bag has a label affixed to the front and nothing on the back. The bag is vacuum sealed, the best way to keep a beef stick fresh tasting.

There are no slogans printed on this bag. Some facts printed are “Beef Used is Locally Sourced from Wyoming Ranches”, “All Natural”, “Gluten Free”, “No MSG”, “Made with Grass-Fed Beef”, “Product of USA”, “Made With Beef Collagen Casing”, “Smoked Naturally With Hickory Chips”, “Minimally Processed”, and “No Artificial Ingredients Except For Beef Collagen Casing”.

Some missing bag categories are a blurb about the flavor or jerky and a nutrition facts table. While this is a product of the USA, it is sold in Canada, and French translations are provided.

Good (8/10) – Bag Rating
