CENTENNIAL CUTS – SWEET BARBECUE BEEF JERKY
When I open the bag, I smell a myriad of different flavors. The jerky is medium to large in size and sliced at a medium thickness. The jerky has a soft and tender texture, which does qualify to be soft and tender. There is some oily residue left on your fingers handling this jerky.
When I bite into the jerky, I am met with multiple flavors, where this flavor is anything but boring tasting. One flavor that sticks out is the sesame flavor, which is a fantastic addition to jerky. There is sweetness present but at an acceptable level, where a barbecue flavor is sweet by nature. The soy sauce is at a mild level, the smokiness is at a light level, and the garlic is mild.
The natural flavor of beef brisket has no sign of tasting processed. This is a very tasty profile, with multiple flavors coming through, and it translates into a scrumptious blend of delicious flavors. The barbecue aspect does not come across all that well, but that is negated by how delicious this flavor is. My portion was gone in no time, and I cannot identify a single problem. An easy, well deserved Excellent (10/10) taste rating will be awarded, two thumbs up!!👍👍
This 3 ounce/85 gram bag of jerky sells for $12.99, which equates to $4.00 an ounce. That rates at an upper threshold average price.

Bag Review
This silver, resealable plastic bag has a label affixed to the front and nothing on the back. The Centennial Cuts logo shows cows grazing on grass.
A slogan printed might be “Garden of the Gods”. Some facts printed on this bag are “Family Owned”, “A Colorado Tradition”, “Natural Smoke Flavor Added”, “Colorado Proud”, and “Handcrafted”.
Some missing bag categories is a blurb about the jerky or company and soy/sesame allergen alerts.
