There would also be at least some partial free range access to graze on grass. This organic beef is imported from Uruagay. When I open the bag I smell very little. The pieces are medium in both size and thickness. The jerky has a somewhat darker hue than normal, which typically indicates a higher concentration of marinade. The jerky is easy to chew but not too soft. There is a slight oily residue left on your fingers from handling the jerky.
The first flavors I encounter are salt, at a respectable level, mild sweet, also good, light garlic, and possibly even milder onion, but the cracked pepper flavor is at the forefront, which makes this a genuinely tasty treat. You can see copious amounts of pepper flakes on the jerky. As I consume more, the cracked pepper flavor is becoming increasingly intense, making this flavor shine. We’ve really hit the jackpot here. This is the best and most intense flavor we have encountered in quite some time. I am very duly impressed with this flavor, which is coming through in spades.
I can find nothing wrong with this flavor and rate it as nothing short of a 10/10. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up. Gentlemen?
