This jerky uses 100% grass-fed beef, the way nature intended. These cattle are raised ethically, meaning they are not fed growth hormones, or additional antibiotics. There is also some free range access for the cattle to roam about.
There is no liquid marinade used here. Instead, all of seasonings used are in powder form. You could call this old fashioned jerky, or a dry rub.
There are several healthy ingredients used such as garlic powder, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, and nutmeg. The spiciness is achieved mainly from healthy cayenne pepper, if eaten in moderation.
.The sugar level is great at only 1 gram of sugar per 28 grams of jerky. The salt level is a bit high at 375mg of salt per 28 grams of jerky, but that is ignored, because minimally processed sea salt is used.
This jerky does qualify to have no sodium nitrite, or any other similar unhealthy preservatives. Instead, the main preservative used is sea salt. To a lesser extent, celery juice powder acts as a preservative with its naturally occurring nitrates. Admirably, there is no MSG added.

These jerky strips are small in size, and sliced to a medium thickness. The texture is dry, but not overly dry. There are no visible signs of fat, and handling this jerky leaves no oily residue on your fingers.
The first taste detected is a moderately strong level of salt. At lighter levels are the black pepper and garlic. Adding some uniqueness to this flavor is the cervelot and corned beef seasoning, with its various spices.
As for the spiciness, there is not much present. On a heat scale, the spiciness would rate a 1 out of 5. There is very little sweetness, and a good level of natural beef flavor. Overall, a nice tasting flavor, but not containing much spiciness for a spicy based flavor.
