Ingredients: Beef & Pork, Seasoning (Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic), Sodium Lactate, Non Fat Dry Milk, Encapsulated Citric Acid, Jalapeno, Liquid Smoke, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
The beef and pork used is ethically raised, meaning it is guaranteed to be free of growth hormones and additional antibiotics. Also, the cattle have at least partial free range access to roam about, and graze on grass the way nature intended. As a result, the highest ingredient rating that can be awarded is a Very Good (9/10) rating.
There are some healthy ingredients added such as fresh jalapeno peppers, spices, and dehydrated garlic. Hot peppers are healthy if eaten in moderation, which flush toxins out of the body.
There is no nutrition facts table provided. As a result, the exact sugar and salt levels are unknown.

BRONCO BILLY’S – JALAPENO PORK BEEF STICK

When I bite off the plastic to open the meat stick, I hold the meat stick to my nose, but (not surprisingly) do not smell anything.
When I bite into the meat stick, I am met with various flavors, such as salt, pepper, garlic and the unmistakable flavor of jalapeño, it is coming through as described.
The meat stick I find to be a little lacking in the solidity department, I would prefer exerting a little more effort to bite into the meat stick, but that is not the case here. I’m not sure that this is grounds for docking a point, or just a personal choice, but this meat stick is coming through a little bit softer than I would like. Either way, the flavor is bang-on, it is a strong jalapeño flavor, one that does not disappoint. Therefore, I am inclined to award this flavor as a 10/10.
